Until now my Shaw phone Call Forwarding was just #72 and the tel # and I was good to go. Suddenly I need to dial the # and wait to answer it before it will engage. What has changed?
It has always been like that, unless the line is busy, then you can just call it again
Not mine. It was like that for Telus before we switched but Shaw has simply accepted the # as soon as it was entered and gave us a signal. no waiting for a connection.
