I was wondering when my tv and internet will be back up its been almost a week its kinda crappy paying for a service thats not there
Sorry to hear you're finding yourself without services right now. We definitely don't have any issues in Winnipeg that would be causing you to lose service for over a week. Have you checked the cable connections already, and is there any splitter you can see that your TVs and modem split from? If so, can you try bypassing that splitter to see if it might be the problem (ie., connect a single cable direct from your modem to the cable outlet).
