My wife purchased a new laptop about a month ago with Windows 8 and Outlook 2013 and set up her Shaw email account on it which worked fine until today. Now she receives the error messages : Outlook cannot connect to your incoming/outgoing email server. I checked her account settings and they seem OK according to the Outlook 2013 documentation here. Internet connection works, and I can log into her account through Shaw Webmail. I tried deleting her Outlook account and adding a new account with same settings, but still won't connect.
