my shaw go wifi says im connected but when i try to use the internet it says its not working

I can give you a hand with this one. Let's cover a few things first to narrow it down:
just noticed it on 1 device
when i connect with shawopen, its says connected but i cant use any form of internet
Okay thanks. First thing I'd do is log in to your Customer Centre account and remove the device from your WiFi devices there. Then disconnect and reconnect to ShawOpen so it prompts you to log in again when you try to browse.

Any chance you you try it on another device? It would be helpful to know if the issue is happening with your account overall, or just the one device in question right now.
Just checking in today. Were you able to get the issue with Shaw Go wifi resolved? If you don't mind providing us with an update on how you got that working it would be much appreciated.
