internet problem powell river

Why can't you be honest and admit there is a problem in Powell River with internet speeds? It is as advertised in the morning and then drops off by mid afternoon. I just ran the shaw speed test at 8:40 pm these are the results. Ping 109 download 1.19 up load 1.53. I am paying for high speed 25. This has been going on for months. I expect to get what I pay for but that isn't happening. Please don't tell me it's a problem with my set up, I have done everything you suggest in the forums and nothing helps. I have checked with other people in the area and they are having the same problems. I know this won't do any good as I have complained before and got a visit from a technician, they come in the morning when everything is fine. My neighbour just switched to Telus for the same reason. I will do the same if this isn't corrected soon.
