Every channel comes up with message:
Failed to authorize content
I have rebooted and rehooked up cable.
Any ideas on how I can get my channels back?
Usually this will require a refresh from our end to refresh the signal and authorize your box.
I have sent you a direct message to investigate further.
Which model of terminal? Gateway? DCX3200? Or DCX3510?
Looks like we have resolved this with a box refresh at our end so we will close the thread.
