I am in maple ridge and am missing channels 3 and 14. I have read here that other people have had this problem, and have had to have a "reflash" code sent to them. Can I please get that done.

What does it say on the channels that are missing? We can try refreshing the unit, but before we do that, please try a quick power cycle of the unit by removing the power cable from the back of the digital box for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
If that doesn't work please let us know what error message you're getting, or describe what you see on the TV on those channels and we'll take another look.
Hi ronnie5150, are you still missing these channels? Did pulling the power cord from the back of the box for 30 seconds restore them? If not, as shaw-brayden asked, what are error message do you see? Or can you tune to these channels at all?
