The internet connection has been having problem where it's working for about an hour
then the connection is lost. So I reset the modem. The connection was back on
but once again after about an hour, the connection was dead. So I reset the modem
again. Is there an issue with the network? I'm in Vancouver.
The lights on the modem are all connected so not sure if the problem is the modem
itself or the network connection from Shaw.
It's frustrating to have to reset the modem twice in a 2 hour span , having lost part
of my work. I'm hoping this is a temporary problem as this is the first time I've
experienced this problem
