Calling in via telus cell phone
One support says it is me another says area wide for Scenic Acres
Which is it? No one from shaw has called me on my cell to update
Marc (mark?) from Shaw was by and it is a main cable brake at the green box in the back alley. The ground is too frozen to fix it, so he ran a cable to the next box. this affected the 6 odd houses on our end of the lane. He was very helpful. So we are back online, but the cable running down the back alley to the other box is temporary as it is exposed.
