I have two PVRs. in comparison to the two, on the new one the guide shows correct programming while the new ones are not. Several support calls ended up no where. In discussion on phone with a manager from Victoria, my wife was advised that the programming on new PVR is out sourced and it will be taken care of in a weeks time. This was months ago. The title and the actual broadcast don't agree. The programming shows previous week's titles. Often the recordings are terminated automatically. The nwe PVR they call is guide PVR. It is a mess. I sent an email to Shaw weeks ago without any response. This programming glitch that we have noticed is more related to multicultural channels especially channel 537 and sometimes 530.
It appears that Shaw don't care as long as their revenue keeps on flowing.
