My Internet Usage Meter hasn't updated since mid-November.
I talked to a Chat Support person in December. He said Shaw was aware of the issue.
Is it slated to return?
This is like driving a car without a working gas gauge.
Don't worry about it too much, there is no penalty to for going over your usage at this point
We do have some issues with the accuracy of reporting on the usage page, so we are not updating it at this time. We are working on the issue though, this feature is something we'd like to restore.
If you go over your usage frequently or by a large amount, we have a team that will get in touch with you by phone to discuss it. But right now there's no immediate penalty for going over, we won't bill you for overages or anything like that.
rcoplick if you're interested in knowing how much data you've used, just let me or another moderator know. We can check your account here and go over it.
I wanted to follow up here and clarify my last post. We have seen some reports of problems with the Internet usage meter, but there aren't any major or wide spread issues. rcoplick if you are continuing to have problems, I'd like to take a look into it for you to see if we can resolve that.
