My tenants are having slow internet and dropped SHAW phone calls (internet based) in this area and say they have had contact with SHAW several times and did all the tricks they were instructed to do. Tenants also brought their laptops in for tuneups to make sure it was not their computers. Tenants say that SHAW said there is congestion in this local area and it will be months before it is fixed. Tenants say that SHAW said it may be best if they found another internet provider as they cannot provide a fix in the short term. REALLY?
