prepaid calling card - Goldline won't process without Securecode

I'm trying to purchase or recharge an existing account but when i get to the credit card submit, Goldline won't process my payment because my credit card isn't registered on Securecode.

Goldline said to go to the credit card company and register it but that doesn't seem an option.

I tried other credit cards but they don't have that option either.

They won't take my payment by phone.

What should I do?
