Painfully Slow Wifi

I have been a Shaw user living on the Surrey/Langley border for over a year...and my wifi has been awful since Day One. I used a wired connection for the last while to overcome it which wasn't ideal but it made to for a time. Since trying to get the situation improved Shaw has switched out my modem 3 times, done all the troubleshooting over the phone twice, and I still end at this (see screencaps attached)...I can't get satisfaction from any of my off-line dealings with Shaw, perhaps someone here in their employ (or otherwise) can finally save me before I switch and go elsewhere (which I really don't want to do).
