I have two portals one is showing the guide, the other does not. All it shows is a black screen where the guide is supposed to be. What can I do to fix this.
Please try resetting the portal by using the reset button on the back (hold for 6 seconds), you can see more information on that here: How to reset your Shaw Gateway
