We understand that there was some down time today that affected service in the Vancouver area. We know that this was an inconvenience to our customers and our technicians were alerted, and resolved the problem as quickly as possible.
This is simply NO EXPLANATION! It is useless trying to communicate with Shaw, a tone deaf company!!!!!!!!!!!
