since the phone got rehooked up it hasn't worked the tech told us he called it in and it will restart in a min that was dec.26 2013 still waiting on that reset
edit: i tryed many times to reset it and tryed every combo possible to get it working
We are sorry to hear that the phone issue wasn't resolved in December. You have no dial tone? If you've already tried resetting the phone with the steps listed here https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1031, let's try a direct connection to the phone, this document https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1013 will help you do that.

i tryed all of it but still don't get a tone. all the lights are on but line 1 and 2 flash back and forth
