1 - How do you select multiple email addresses from within Contacts and then insert them into a new you are composing email?
2 - How do you change fonts sizes, bolding and underlining etc. when composing an email?
Thanks - Ken
Hi there kencar
Which program are you using to access your email (for example Webmail, or Outlook)?
When I am travelling (like I am now) I just log on to Shaw Webmail.
There is no problem when I use an email program like Outlook...
As I am composing this email I can't see any way of editing the text.
Nor can I go into contacts and choose several and put them into my email.
Thanks for clarifying Ken.
To edit the properties of the font/text while composing, click "Options" near the top of the Compose window, then choose "Format as HTML". If you don't see Options there, you'll want to make sure your Webmail settings are configured for Standard view. as opposed to Basic. To check that, click Preferences, then General and make sure "Standard (Ajax)" is selected beside where it says "Login using". It will be necessary to log out and back in for the setting to take effect if you change it.
When you're composing an email, click the "To" button to the left of where you'd type the email address which you're sending to. This will bring up a list of your Contacts. Put check marks beside any you wish to send the email to, and then click "Add Selected" at the bottom. Note that your Contacts in Webmail may differ from what you have in Outlook.
