I made all the correct changes to my email setting and as of about a month ago, once again, I can no longer send emails from my galaxy phone.
A bit odd that it just stopped working like that. Could you run through this document here: Enabling Remote Access in Webmail and ensure that you have this service enabled? If so, I would recommend removing and recreating the account on your phone.
Which account type are you using? ActiveSync/Exchange or POP/SMTP?
Are you getting any error messages?
Does cellular data vs WiFi data make a difference?
I'm using POP3 server. It just states sending failed when I try to send an email. Even on WiFi it won't send. But it's weird that it was working fine about a month ago and just stopped

yes, I deleted everything and used exchange server set up. it is now working fine again.
