I have a question regarding shipping cost of a PVR to me. I've had ongoing issues with my PVR. After speaking to the customer service representatives on a number of occasions, one is finally being shipped to me. I pay a fee each month for multi receiver warranty. I've been paying this fee for a couple of years now. Why am I being charged for shipping cost on top of the monthly fee. It's not my fault the device broke and I believe shipping should be free since I already paid for the device and have been paying a monthly warranty fee.
