Reset modem numerous times, changed connection numerous times, is there an outage in the Nelson area?

We are not aware of any ongoing issues in the Nelson area this evening. If you haven't done so already, please complete the troubleshooting steps at Unable to Connect to the Internet to try and restore your Internet. If the Power, Online, Send, and Receive lights are all solid on the Modem, please ensure that you are connected directly (with any third party equipment bypassed) to try and establish a connection. Please let us know if you still cannot get online after completing these steps, and we can troubleshoot further.
Hi tcomeau. As noah mentioned, we're not aware of any issues in Nelson that day. Did your internet come back that evening? If it didn't come back on its own, did you follow the steps at Unable to Connect to the Internet?
