I tried to call for help but waiting over an hour on hold seems like a real crappy way to spend my day off. I am hoping that someone can offer me some help as this problem has been persisting off and on for over a month. I have reset my modem, restarted my computers and the speed test shows 12.2 mbps on my high speed 25 internet. Not even being able to watch a you tube video without insane amounts of lag is almost as frustrating as trying to reach support. I have tried to get tech support in the past but haven't been able to wait through the length of time required to reach someone. Sorry if this is coming across as rude I am just frustrated and would really like to speak to someone.
