I'm not sure if this is an issue with my phone handset, or something at Shaw's end.
I had a VM on Sunday (I use Shaw's VM service) which I checked and deleted when I was done with it. It is for sure gone from the system (no new or saved messages). However since then, my phone handset display still insists I have a new VM. I have not tried a pin reset on Shaw's phone unit yet as I thought I would check here and see if this is a common issue, and maybe something at Shaw's end that needs a reset. I dug around my phone's menu system and looked for clues and tried taking out the battery, but nothing there seems to have fixed it.
