Yesterday I sent my dns result to firstname.lastname@example.org and my internet is still down.
How long is this issue gonna be like?

The recent DNS issues should be fully resolved, so if you are still unable to get online, your issue is likely unrelated to that. If you haven't done so already, please complete the troubleshooting steps atUnable to Connect to the Internet to attempt to restore your Internet. After completing those steps, if the Power, Online, Send, and Receive lights are all solid on the Modem, please ensure that you are connected directly (with any third party equipment bypassed, and Wi-Fi disabled) to try and establish a connection. Please let us know if you still cannot get online, even via a direct connection to the Modem, and we can certainly troubleshoot further.
