When in a 'non shaw free wifi zone' - I am unable to send e_mails out from my phone. However, using my computer and shaw webmail - I can send messages no problem. What's my problem?

Most likely the outgoing server settings on your phone are not correct. Please check our Email Setup document for the correct settings for your phone. If after checking the settings you are still unable to send, please reply back with the outgoing server settings you are using and which phone you have.
Hey ejgrif, are you able to send now after checking out the site that [shaw]heather suggested? If not, which phone or tablet or operating system do you have? We should be able to direct you to a document more specific for you.
Yes - I went through the doc and got the mobile device - windows phone LG to work however I now seem to have 2 Shaw mailboxes on the phone. When I checked the settings - I needed to create a new account (box) to get the out e-mail option and settings to show up on the phone. I was then able to input the Shaw sending server. Thanks everyone for your help on this.
