hey i have been waiting for a phone call from a shaw internet technical support agent from the Nanaimo office today. i spoke with him on friday i believe and he told me his next day in the office would be today and that he would call me at 3pm. i have been waiting over an hour for his call to make sure i dont miss it and he has not called yet. he seemed pretty intent on calling me back so im curious what the problem is. maybe someone who works at the Nanaimo office could look into to it, thanks.
would be alot easier if i could have just messages the moderators for directly to solve this problem rather then making a pointless post but this site makes no sense and doesn't allow me to message moderators. that is dumb!
