I have had numerous issues with my Internet connectivity over the past few months:
- modem keeps disconnecting from the Shaw network forcing me to unplug and restart the modem
- modem keeps disconnecting from the Shaw network for mere seconds, causing my Remote Desktop Connections to reset
Shaw has come out and replaced the modem, replaced the wiring in the basement, reconfigured my modem and, in general, done just about everything except fix the problem.
Does anyone else experience these issues? Is/Was there a solution.
