I used to have my @shaw.ca email account working on my HTC but after a software upgrade outgoing emails would not send. I deleted the account to see if re-adding it would help but I cannot re-add the account. I continue to get an error message with both the Microsoft Exchange and the POP3 /IMAP setups. The message reads: Authentication failed. Please verify username and/or password. I have followed the instructions on the shaw website for adding an @shaw.ca email account to an android phone and have also ensured that my password meets the requirements. Any idea what I can do to get my email back on my phone?
