I move my tv and arris shaw box to another room and when I reconnect the wires, the message said "Gateway no Found"
The Gateway and Portals need to be isolated in their own network. If you moved them, but not the Moca filters to an appropriate place isolating them this is to be expected.
You either need to find and move the Moca filters to the proper place/s yourself or have a Shaw tech come do it for you. They can make sure the signal strength is good in the new location as well as get it set up properly. (What Shaw will advise you do.)
Gamerguy is correct - they do need to be isolated in their own network and if you moved them to an outlet that isn't connected to that network that's when you'll run in to this issue.
