Just had Gateway installed and when I select VOD, I get the message, "a service error has occurred. A reboot of the Gateway Portal and Shaw Gateway may be needed to fix this issue. Code CCUA_error". How do I fix this?
It sounds like the VOD service didn't download to your Gateway when it was installed earlier. It should be a simple matter of finishing that up on our side for you.
