I think my PVR may need a reboot
I had contacted support and they remotely rebooted the PVR, if it happens again I will try the 20 second power ouy.

We can certainly help out with a reboot. May we ask what the troubles are today with your PVR? Have you tried a simple powercycle (remove power for 20 seconds) yet?
