Is this a scheduled update?
Hello lordmelbury, This likely wouldn't be a scheduled update as we don't schedule these for the middle of the day, we try to only schedule these in the early hours of the morning. The PVR could have found a glitch in it's software and rebooted on it's own in an attempt to correct the issue, or this could have been a power issue such as a surge. If you find the PVR keeps resetting, you may want to remove your powerbar from the equation if you have one, plugging it direct to the wall instead. Please do let us know if you continue to see the resets happen after this.
