I have created and ID in the Customer centre but when I log in to look at my accounts and change my PW, My email is not listed.. What am I missing?
Is it possible that your email address is on someone else's Shaw account? - closed your account in the past, and moved your email address to a family member's account?
Or created your email account before you had your Shaw service installed?
I did recently move and had new service installed.. But when I signed up to the Shaw customer Centre, It wont show me my old address and tried to create a new one for me.. Is there no way to change my password on my old address? Or do I have to use a new address?
I agree with kevinds that your email address might be on a different account. When you moved, did they give you a new account number or did they just transfer you to the new address and give you the same account number? If they had to give you a new account number, your email addresses might still be on the old account.
OK, that makes sense.. So, I need to call shaw? Or is there something I can do to get it back?
