As of earlier this evening, neither of our two phones is able to get a dial tone. The "Extension in Use" light is flashing on one of our phones, though the other phone is not currently plugged in. Are the phone lines down in North Vancouver?
We don't seem to have an outage in North Vancouver at this time - I will message you directly to investigate this further.
