hi i want to know how my homephone will be forward to my cellphone just in case someone calling me on my homephone
From your home phone to call forward - dial *72 then the phone number you want to forward to, wait for the phone at the other end to ring and answer it. *73 will disable the call forwarding. You can also enable it online via http://phone.shaw.ca using your Online Customer Centre ID. If you have a smart phone you may also be interested in the Shaw Phone Portal App which can also forward your home phone and manage your other home phone features as well remotely.
You may also be interested in Simultaneous Ring which once enabled will ring both your home phone and cell phone when there is a call made to your home phone - this is great since it will prevent you from missing any calls and you don't need to disable it like call forwarding once you are home. This feature can also be enabled via the Phone Management app or on http://phone.shaw.ca/.
