I have the following concerns:
1. the wifi range is too short. I have a phone linked and when I am upstairs in the bedroom, it refuses to connect. My modem is in the office in the basement.
2. Very often the network gets disconnected. Some times I see the message pop up that network is not connected. This happens for a very short period of time. I have Soluto running in the back ground and in the weekly report, it tells me that Internet stopped for xx seconds provides date and time. Sometimes when I am on computer, I receive message that Internet Explorer crashed. Some times the same for email. Since I have a wifi printer connected, it stops printing for a few seconds and resume thus missing up a half or so page.
I have power flushed the modem several times without any success. Any help will be appreciated.
