Weak or non-existent WiFi

Our WiFi keeps cutting out so we can't get Netflix and keep having to reconnect our iPad to our network.


We have a Shaw SB5100 cable modem and a Cisco Linksys Wireless-N broadband router (Model WRT160N V2).  When I troubleshoot the connection, it keeps having to reset our network adapter.  Would a Shaw WiFi modem combo unit solve the problem and can you supply one to us?
