server not responding Sherwood park

I have reset my hd cable box several times, the LED display on the box reads "boot", then "ACAP", then "APP"…When I turn on the box with the remote a message appears on the screen, "Server did not respond.  Re-trying…"  I noticed someone from shaw stated the problems were resolved, however, on my end no progress has been made since 8:15 am.
