Yesterday morning, March 5th, 2014, at 12:20 AM my TV went blank and displayed the following message:
An error occurred during playback. Please ensure all connections are secured and network connectivity is active.
There was a CLOSE button and below the message was: Code:5102.
Five to 10 minutes later the TV recovered and I was able to get back to the show I was watching, Forensic Files.
I was not recording anything at the time, nor was I watching anything prerecorded. This problem has occurred five or six times previously.
Any ideas? I have the Gateway system with two TVs attached.
