In Webmail under perferences and then under Mobile Devices I am showing a status of 'Need Provisioning'. What does this mean? If it is a problem, how do I fix it?
The "Needs Provisioning" status should go away once that particular device has accessed and used the email account successfully. Have you been able to do so on the device listed in Webmail there?
Edit: I've researched this a bit more and need to correct my original answer. The "Needs Provisioning" status is actually to do with some additional features that tie into Webmail/Mobile devices which we currently do not use. Since we aren't using these features at the moment, the status is basically meaningless. You can safely ignore it.
