I Have no picture or sound on my one of my digital boxes
Hey there... no picture or sound... and you have more than the one digital box. Have you tried power cycling the cable box? (pulling power for 30 seconds and plugging back). Also, if TV has no picture or sound, pressing GUIDE on the Shaw remote, do you get the Guide appearing? If not, then TV or the Digital Box may not be ON. Just power both off and then ON to ensure both are actually ON. While powering off TV and then ON, check to ensure it is correctly on the INPUT you have the physical cables attached on the back that goes to the Cable box (your TV set will briefly display the INPUT it is on when you power it on). That Input may have changed and now you have no signal to it. Hopefully these steps help to getting picture again. If not, then one of our moderators can get your personal details to further help.
What is the model of the digtal box you have? Are there any lights on the box? Are you able to bring up the Guide or any menu screens? When you say no picture or sound, do you have a black, blue, or static screen, error message saying 'one moment please', or no signal?
