When away from my home community I can receive email, but not send. I use Mac Mail.
What should I do?
There are a couple of things you will want to look at here. First, you will want to follow our Remote Access steps. This will also verify for you that your password is correct and meets our security requirements. Once you have done this, you will want to restart your computer and try sending yourself a test email. If you are still unable to send, we recommend checking the Apple Mail setup instructions at Apple OS X Mail to ensure that your settings match those steps. Steps 11-15 are specific to the Outgoing Mail Server. We hope this helps!
