I Have followed the directions to a "T" and I still cannot send email on my ipad. Receive is fine. I get password is incorrect.

If you've followed all the steps here that's a great start. Please double check and make sure you have Enabling Remote Access in Webmail enabled through Webmail please. That's a step which is commonly overlooked.
