When the heck is shawmail going to be fixed? Im tired of paying for a service I CAN NOT access!!!
Are you using this link https://webmail.shaw.ca/ to sign into your email? or are you downloading your emails to a program on your computer?
If you're using the webmail, are you getting an error message when you try to log in? or is the website is not loading for you? What browser are you using when you try to access the webmail? Have you tried signing in using a different browser to see if that helps?
If you're using an email program, what is the name of the email program you're using and what is the exact error message you're getting? Which doesn't work - sending or receiving?
