Shaw on Demand: lost pause irritation

I am losing the movie when I pause for a 5 minute period or so.  Why in the name of all that is convenient, does Shaw choose to shut down your movie that you have paid for already, just because you want go get up and refill and unload?


I am the only "power user", who can navigate to the obscure heading called "My Orders" in order to find the movie listing and hit the almighty enter button.


I suggest you extent the pre-programmed sleep time for Movie Rentals on pause to at least 15 minutes from what ever it is now.  Please note, your competition does not do this....NetFlix, AppleTV, SonyTV, PanasonicTV, why do you?.
