I see that I am connected but every time I open a new window it goes back to the shaw go wifi page and even if I retype every thing it still goes back to this page...what am I doing wrong?
Can you try a different login for your account?
Use Online Customer Care to per-register your device?
If you're logging in with a certain @shaw.ca email address an password, try using or creating another @shaw.ca email address using the instructions here How to create a new @shaw.ca email account using My Shaw to log in and see if that works. If you've connected a lot of devices (depending on your plan) you may have also exceeded the device limit.
You can also try logging into your Online Customer care account (Shaw Account Settings (My Shaw)) and registering the device under Internet -> Shaw Go Wifi -> and add your device's mac address. This location will also show you how many devices are registered to your account.
