Today email is not moving from the server to outlook, or is slow, some are being duplicated. outlook only has email to 11 am. it is 3pm now
First thing I would recommend is that you restart your machine, then check again. If that doesn't take care of it, take a look at your account in Webmail and see if you've got any particularly large emails.
Another common cause of slow client performance and duplicates is antivirus software either malfunctioning or being mis-configured. If you have an antivirus solution, try disabling its email scanning functionality if you know where it's located.
