We have tried unplugging it and leaving it and no luck.
Sounds like there might be a signal issue then. You might want to try reseating the coaxial connections to the box from the outlet/splitter and then powercycle again. If that still doesn't yield anything, let me know and I'll send you a direct message.
Unfortunately that didn't work.
