We have a business account. I've been sending emails to my husbands account. We both have shawcable.com emails and we aren't receiving each others emails, but we are receiving from everyone else who don't have shawcable emails.
Check your SPAM settings, try setting the SPAM filter to Tag and deliver, this should indicate if your emails are being tagged as SPAM, and so not delivered
I can check and see if you are currently being flagged as spam. Could you kindly send a test message to email@example.com, and I will see if we detect any fingerprints being flagged. If you have an email signature, please include it in the test message.
