I'm nvere sure what works best: calling my local store or calling the customer service 1-800 numbers. I have had good service with the 'concierge'. any hints?
The best way is to call the local Shaw technical support number.
Also dialing 611 on a Shaw phone will get you in touch with the technical support line.
